All applicants who completed an interview with our program will be invited to participate. Emails to sign-up will be sent out on February 10th at 12:00pm ET. 

For full transparency, residency leadership will hold its match meetings on February 8th and 9th and will submit their complete rank list on the evening of February 9th. Participation in the Second Look experience will not be factored into our applicant ranking.

Congratulations to our December Resident of the Month, Dr. Meghan McCallister. Dr. McCallister is one of our awesome PGY-2 residents. 

Dr. McCallister gracefully managed a very sick patient with cerulea dolens and a massive PE who then coded! Meghan also serves as one of the co-chairs of our Women in Medicine group!

Congratulations to our November Resident of the Month, Dr. Hunter Lively! Dr. Lively is one of our rockstar PGY-2 residents. 

Dr. Lively is always willing to go the extra mile for his patients. While outside searching for an eloped patient, Dr. Lively discovered someone having difficulty breathing and brought them in and treated them!

Dr. Hakh handled a precipitous delivery with confidence and poise, delivering twins in our ED! Way to go Ray!
Congratulations to PGY-2, Dr. Lexi Sughroue who re Congratulations to PGY-2, Dr. Lexi Sughroue who recently presented her work (Fitness, Sleep, and Meditation Challenges: Promoting Wellness Within the Emergency Department) during the UF GME Innovation of the Year competition. Dr. Sughroue was one of five semi-finalists! We are so proud of you!
